Group Availability and Fees

What does it cost?

Group therapy cost £45 per session with a chartered psychologist or £35 with a UKCP approved psychotherapist.

How can I join?

The first step is to arrange for an initial assessment in which you will make an appointment to spend some time with the therapist in question, exploring history, presenting difficulties and general objectives to group therapy. From there, if agreed, you will be set a start date to begin one of our groups.

Available groups

We currently have space for a Wednesday morning group, starting at 10 am. The duration of this group is 1 hour 15 mins.

We also have one place available for out Saturday morning 10 am group.

Please note that due to COVID-19, call groups are held via Skype or Zoom.
